Sprint 10/27 - 11/3

Here is a list of assignments that are due for the spring 10/27 - 11/3.

Artists:

- Character art finished and in photoshop as a .png file posted on the blog and in dropbox.
- Silhouette study for your characters. This means you fill the whole character in black against a white background. See Name that pokemon!

Max will be animating one of these units...probably Spideburger.


Programmers:

- Morphing Units
- AI
- Networking
- Pathing

Please email if you cannot get this done or if you expect to not have this finished by 11/3.

First Playable Notes

First playable notes:

Overall:

- Game needs more depth whether it be more environment art or gameplay
- More tension needed
- Earn spawned units (resource)
- Special Effects
- Two levels of detail(overview and close up view)

Programmers:

- Area maintenance: Neutral creeps re-spawn to gain incentive to keep units in regions

- AI: First player AI needed

Artists:

- More communication!

- Learn Maya

- Characters:
- Concept art due by Thursday
- Do silhouette study: Take a character and make them all black on a white background. Can you tell what your character is or does it differ from your other characters?
- Each artist needs two characters, one sanity and one insanity.
- Prepare animation thumbnails of the idle and attack animations.

Insanity: scary trees, clown/carnival, Tim Burton, asylum, Hellraiser, Texas Chainsaw, hooks, chains, nightmare on elm street, haunted cabin/lake, Jason, Fear(game), little girl (Ring), hanging people, Dark colors(brown, black, gray), fog, death (person), cloaks, monsters, ghosts, Halloween

Sanity: flowers, cute animals, nice trees, nice houses, green grass, picnics, farms, fields, candy, doctors office, doll house, dog house, rainbows, unicorns, kids, bicycles, holidays, sports, balloons, fireworks
