Sprint 10/27 - 11/3

Here is a list of assignments that are due for the spring 10/27 - 11/3.

Artists:

- Character art finished and in photoshop as a .png file posted on the blog and in dropbox.
- Silhouette study for your characters. This means you fill the whole character in black against a white background. See Name that pokemon!

Max will be animating one of these units...probably Spideburger.


Programmers:

- Morphing Units
- AI
- Networking
- Pathing

Please email if you cannot get this done or if you expect to not have this finished by 11/3.

  2. If you decide to animate the spideburger start to finish, I made a few changes/specifications on the concept:

    For the attack animation, I was thinking it would first raise its front legs threateningly before moving up and down on the legs to open and close its mouth.

    For the idle animation, I considered having it settle down onto the bottom bun ("lying down") and fold its front legs inward, in front of the bottom bun layer, to indicate resting.

    If you were only going to add in the skeletal structure, that's fine too haha. I just wasn't sure and wanted to clarify.

  3. Updated with six silhouette study images. They were quickly thrown together so the edges aren't as nice as the final pieces will be (or are), but I think it's sufficient for the intended purpose.
